Training

Patent training is a continuing education or training programme designed to inform individuals about the basics of patent law and the processes and procedures associated with filing, examining and enforcing patents.

  • The training can cover a variety of topics, including research, application procedures, patent law, patent infringement and litigation. The aim of such training is to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to work effectively in the field of patents, or to better understand what professionals are discussing.

  • PPR AG is extremely well-informed in the field of intellectual property law, especially in the field of European patent law. This is reflected particularly by the fact that Paul Rosenich has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Strasbourg within the framework of the CEIPI for 30 years and teaches candidates for the European qualifying examination in the field of European patent law. Based on this expertise, in-house training courses are also held as required at innovative companies, as well as universities and selected course providers. True to the PPR motto ‘Leading by Experience’, PPR AG naturally endeavours to demonstrate leadership through ongoing training within its own ranks.
